The Hammond Development Corp. is a 501(c)(3) economic development organization that focuses on new business development and workforce issues. Since our establishment in 1981, we’ve assisted the city of Hammond in developing a flourishing, prosperous community that business owners and residents can take pride in.

 The Business Builders Program also provides loan packaging for the Hammond Business Loan Fund, the SBA Micro-Loan Program and the Community Express Funding Program.
